Competency-based recruitment:
At AG Consulting we provide recruitment services considering that we create work teams. Our main objective during the recruitment process is to find candidates to fit best the requirements for the position offered by our clients, depending on the model of competencies of the organization, that is the abilities and specific profile that suits the client´s profile. The process is not only based on selecting professionals who know how to do their jobs well but also, have the potential to develop other tasks in the near future.

Career Plan:
We have designed an organizational matrix through which our client´s Human Resources may progress, not only as professionals but also as members of a project that they integrate. This design also includes the planning of economic rewards (Plan of wages), status, and commitment of both sides in their professional career.

Training:
We develop training programs to achieve the correct staff adequacy to the position and tasks they have to perform, in managerial and intermediate levels and operational personnel. Our programs develop practical content based on issues that might be encountered in the daily activities of a company. We want participants to draw their own conclusions and build innovative solutions based on group or individual activities, resolution and case analysis.
