  • 1 Diagnostic:

    Identify existing resources.

  • 2 Commitment:

    Training and awareness regarding the importance of the Certification process.

  • 3 Planning:

    Define timings for each activity. On average, a project could take twelve to eighteen months.

  • 4 Documentation:

    Register policies of the organization and meet standards in manuals. Define procedures and work instructions of each operational process.

  • 5 Implementation:

    Realization of defined policies and procedures.

  • 6 Internal Audits:

    Company´s personnel perform audits to detect evidence regarding non-compliance of: documentation, registers, or personal knowledge.

  • 7 Certification:

    Visit of the company who provides certification in order to evaluate quality system compliance. As a result accreditation is valid.

  • 8 Monitoring Visits:

    Inspections arranged with the certifying organization are done during this stage, to guarantee abiding to standards.
