At AG TPA we consider that sales forces are one of the most executive branches within corporate strategies. Sales forces are the closest human resource to customers; they are who provide an approach to innovations, act as intermediaries and consolidate a uniform, attractive and effective speech.

This is why we offer training services to stimulate sales forces. Our professionals are experts in the development of training programs oriented to sales management profiles.

At AG TPA we set Training Programs to:

  • Consolidate a sales model and commitment, according to the profile of the company that selected us, specifying quality standards and procedures.
  • Encourage and maximize the abilities of the members of the sales and management teams.
  • Define with managers a model to monitor and follow-up the evolution of the sales team.

Methodology

Our Training Programs develop practical content, based on daily business problematic. Allowing participants to draw their own conclusions and build innovative solutions based on group or individual activities, resolution and case analysis.

We take the following steps to develop Programs:

  • 1 Analysis and Diagnostic:

    This step determines the need of training through problem identification (observation, direct contact and case presentation), document analysis and diagnostic.

  • 2 Design and Implementation:

    This stage transforms that training need perception into a concrete action system. We elaborate a project and present to management. Once it has been approved, we establish the criteria to select participants and an action plan.

  • 3 Training and Coaching:

    During this stage the launching of the project takes place. At AG TPA we coordinate the activities and establish conditions for optimal development.

  • 4 Monitoring and Evolution:

    During this stage the results of the programs are measured and we take ideas for future training programs.
